Peter Pan Collar

 

First you print this template out and then cut it out. Then you trace it on a piece of felt. Next cut out the felt and then glue or sew ribbon on the corners. Now you are done you can do many patterns or leave it plain. And your done so enjoy your new peter pan collar! <3
